I am looking for someone to take over my lease for my apartment for this full year(2023/24). I would be doing a lease transfer over to you, and in exchange you would get the current month free, and the next 10 months of the lease at a discounted rate of $400/month. I will also cover the cost of the transfer fee. The whole process to do the transfer takes around 3 days between filling out an application, completing a background check, and signing the lease transfer. I am looking for people who are ready to complete this whole process right away and not negotiate whatsoever or drag their feet. HOWEVER, girls can also rent the apartment and will be placed in an all girls apartment, just under my lease contract.
