As a Sales/Alliances Operations Intern for Xactly, you will be responsible for supporting Xactly's Business Development & Alliances team on a variety of projects. We are seeking a motivated team player who is passionate about driving business and working across company departments to drive success. This position will work with Marketing, Sales, Success, Professional Services and Product teams.

- Working towards a bachelor's degree with a graduation date between December 2021 - June 2023
- Ability to conduct research and analysis on assigned topics (i.e GAP analysis and recommendations)
- Writing skills to help us develop process documents as well as marketing materials
- Organization skills to help us execute marketing programs and/or strategic initiatives
- Experience with the MS Office suites
- Assist with cross functional business development activities to streamline processes
- Support Business Development Directors efforts to build new partnerships and drive new initiatives.
- Develop Customer Journey alliances process documentation
