I am a graduate student taking a Recruitment and Selection course. I am having trouble with it. I do not have an HR background so the process is entirely new. I chose internal and external influences or environments as the issues a company must deal with before implementing a recruitment strategy. What I am confused about is whether or not it should be HRP instead. I need help understanding the material. The textbook is advanced and all the concepts are new so I am struggling with this assignment question. Can someone help? I have written the paper but now I am second-guessing. I will also need help throughout this course. Let me know if you can help. The text is called "Staffing Organizations" by Henemann III. Thank you, Jodi
