Poulard is very knowledable. He has a thick French accent & sometimes it is difficult to understand him, but if you ask questions he will most definitely help you. ALL of his exam/tests are papers & you can't bs him. Don't take this class if you know you will slack off. |

Dr Poulard is an fascinating character. He is republican and proud. He goes off topic often and tends to waste time arguing his "right" point. He's a super friendly guy to pretty girls, and poli sci majors. His 20 page term papers are ridiculous, so if you don't like writing, don't take his courses. Over all, I learned more in his courses than in most other courses I've taken at IUN. His courses are definitely fascinating if you're ready to take notes and put in work. |

A great prof.. courses are difficult but if you attend class and take notes the exams should be simple. Attendence isn't mandatory, but he does make a mental note of who is there and who isn't. Gets off subject but is very hillarious. He cares about students and wants them to learn. Puts people on the spot but if you pay attention you're ok. |
