I’ve never used a storage facility before but, the process was pretty simple. Both representatives I talk to over the phone were very pleasant and helped me with all of my concerns. Nicole who I spoke with over the phone was also extremely helpful during our conversation. Keep up the great work!

Well I checked in on 7/31/2023. I paid online and on 8/1/2023 they attempted to charge my card again. Now they are sending me emails attempting to charge me late fees. And when I call no one picks up or return calls even after leaving a message.
