So far I am really pleased with my new unit. My only concern is regarding how to pay for the unit itself. However the manager has been very helpful and moving in was very easy and smooth. After having a really bad experience with my last storage company it is nice to have a company that seems to care about its customers.

I made the reservation online through what happened to be a 3rd party service. The live person I spoke to over the phone had very good customer service. I had to dial the # on the signage multiple times to complete my move in because of some details. But she walked me through it and I was able to successfully move in, so I am thankful.

I reserved a unit online, unfortunately, that reservation didn't work, but was able to secure a unit on site, so overall it seems pretty good. Once I get more items in there, it will determine how the experience will turn out, as far as being a safe environment for my belongings.
