The service was great and process very easy with regards to covid -19 restrictions! Receptionist was very welcoming and insightful at the Hammond Calumet Ave. Facility! She told me she was filling in she usually works at the Hobart Facility! The fact being it felt like Id done this before and experience was so welcoming I didnt even ask for her name because I felt like I already knew it!

my only complaint is that there is seldom any on site personnel present or in front office. Otherwise all services are sufficient
